So, a new update has been released (since the last one, which was dated in this forum to 22-04), what's the difference ?

no new updates have been released after the one date 22-04.
I ma not sure what you have seen, may be a maintenance scan?
anyways, if you go to settings and about on the watch, you can see the software version your watch has on board.
