Hi -

For the last three days, my watch hasn't been able to upload to Strava. It gets to the "Uploading to Strava" step in the sync process and just stops. If I go into my account and remove Strava, it syncs fine (to Endomondo). If I add Strava back, it still gets stuck there.

Any ideas?

Hi - I am having the same issues w. UL to Strava, which only started a few days ago....

What are the next steps? As I am sure there are several hundred people experiencing the same issues.

I got this response on 10-Apr-16. I haven't heard anything yet, but I'll follow up with them:

we are experiencing the same issues and it seems related to some changes made by Strava,
We will investigate in the next days and come back with a solution

Same issue here. Is looking forward to news. Will disable strava for the time of being.

Should I just put my Leikr in a drawer until the Strava connectivity is fixed?

Anything new? I didn't even get reply on my email to leikr's support. Stravas support suggested to reconnect or try and upload my exercises manually. I'm a premium subscriber at Strava.

Yes would be great to hear something happening here!

After I sent a second support request asking what was going on they did reply (around a month ago), saying that Strava API had changed and they were in contact. Seems like nothing is happening here and the contact is not much good between the two!!

Perhaps try the new firmware and see if it now syncs with Strava (I unbolted my Strava account and not tried yet don't really use Strava anyway)

New Firmware has solved the Strava sync issue for me anyway. I connected my account back this morning to test and all the stored runs/cycles in the phone synced to my Strava account np. Thought you'd like to know.
