To my surprise there was a firmware update for the Leikr watch today. Anyone knows what that update did? There are no new posts in "new software" sub

Same! Great it's still being worked on. I still use the watch and enjoy it

No idea what it does hope to have some time to dig through the menus and see what's new. I've just ridden to work on the old firmware so will test the new firmware on the ride home tonight.

Ok the new software isn't the most positive so far.

I'm finding the watch having more trouble finding less gps satellites 4 now as opposed to the 9 it found in the same area, faster, prior to the update.

Mapmyfitness doesn't appear to sync anymore but that might be my account need to check that.

Battery life is nuked a heap faster ( believe because the watch is working harder to find gps maybe?)

Will keep using and testing but that's from 2 rides so far.

Still happy it's being worked on and I'm not sure what the leikr team have updated in the past update (assume security and strava sync? [haven't tested that again since it broke a while ago])

Thought I'd report back the the ride home from work was a lot better for satellites and battery. I left it a little longer before my ride to pick up it's location.

As for strava I'll re-add my Strava account over the weekend and see if it syncs, then report back.

Hi I can confirm that my Strava account now syncs from the leikr watch

I got a mail from leikr. This update should only get Strava working
