I have been trying to use the workout editor. Still easy to make the steps but when running, I had a bad experience today. I was suppose to warm up for 8 min and the do a 3 k run with a pace between 5:21 & 5:29 and the a 8 in cooldown.
The first 8 min went well (Info on the Watch was 1.52 km done in 8 min) then I started on my 3 k but when the Watch has registrated 3 k in total, it starts my 8 min cooldown. Så my 3 k steady run was only 1.48 k.
The puls was also a little strange. Before my run is says between 180 and 200 bpm (A Little high
) when I did my last run up a hill is says 56 bpm
which will be really good. But it was not working and a have tried after my run to see if it was the puls belt but it seems to Work fine with my Garmin.
