Release 1.10.31, instant speed

Dear Leikr team,

Thanks for the great update, I think, you're on the right track!
One issue: I think, the new algorithm for calculating the instant speed is a little bit to sluggish.
At least for biking the value at the instant speed field is too much behind the real speed, if speed is based on the GPS calculated speed (I have not crosscheck with a bike speed pod for now).
For modulating the instant speed by using a moving average algorithm, it probably makes sense to weight the latest speed values of the sample window more.
But this isn't that easy to implement, nevertheless I hope you will be able to finetune this point in future releases .

But for now, the latest update is a big step, thanks for keep on improving the Leikr

Just a short followup:
A short running session with a paired footpod works fine! So probably it's only related to sport that features greater speed variations while GPS is used for modulating the instant speed.
