Software update frozen at 42%

The watch is frozen, how do I move on?

Problem solved by letting the battery run out, then charge again, turn watch on, and then it automatically started the previously not completed software update.

So, I followed the advice of the person above and let the battery run out. The minute I began charging, the issue began again.
