Watch displays blank screen upon powering up and stays illuminated. How do I reset to factory from the blank screen. PC does not detect watch is connected when USB connected?

Admin,

I was able to connect the device to USB and successfully reboot device and connect to PC. Reset to factory and restored original configs. Watch is good to go. Thanks.
