First time sync TROUBLES

Hey everybody!

Already had a troubles with sync .

1. Can't sync with *cnr file. Okay, I perfectly see that it saved in Leikr' directory, but watch can't see it.
2. Have no any idea how to sync watch with my profile on leikr.com

Well, spend a few hours but didn't find solution.

P.S. Using internet explorer (chrome is not an option unfortunately).

Hope to see here some smart advices or even solutions.

So you have definitely followed all the provided instructions and copied the leikr_config.cnf file to the watches USB drive or mount point? Just to be clear on terminology, that isn't called a directory. And also, the file extension is "cnf" not "cnr".

After starting the sync, you should see in the scrolling messages that the watch has found the file before then trying to connect via wifi. The file is then deleted after a sync. What did you see in the scrolling messages?

Hello, Swanny.

Sorry for my mistake, file is of course *cnf (not *cnr). Message is "No wifis configured on the watch. Please go to Leikr web portal and download a file with your Wifi Access Points. Place this file on the Leikr USB drive and restart synchronization".
File is located in the Leikr, look at the picture below. By the way, file is still there, no ant delitions.

Honestly speaking I can't do following actions according to the guide:

1. PRESS THE TWO TOP KEYS ON THE LEIKR WATCH: THE 12 DIGITS DEVICE ID WILL SHOW ON THE DEVICE SCREEN.
Two top keys give me a standard view. No any ID.

2. SYNCORNIZE YOUR LEIKR WATCH FOR THE FIRST TIME by pressing the two top keys on the Leikr watch.
Can't do that also.

Just thinking, may be the thing is encryption (by McAfee) for all USB devices... May be without encryption I can sync it pretty good)

On the registration guide, the top two buttons are in reference to when the watch is docked as shown. If the watch is not docked then they'd actually be the two left buttons. You can also find the device ID on the About screen on the watch under Menu->Settings->About.

You certainly wouldn't want McAfee. And certainly not McAfee Encrypted USB encrypting any files up the watch.

I cracked the problem witch was damn McAfee. Thanks. Sync is now works properly! Yay!
