Device doesn't show up i explorer

Hiya,

We've gotten a new internet wifi and I've created a new wifi file through the website. I can't push it to my watch though as it doesn't show up in the windows explorer window. I've tried resetting the watch to factory settings - no dice. I'm trying to connect the watch cradle directly via USB-cable to the pc.

so my device is not visible in Explorer as well and it's new just opened the box.
Tried diffrent cables and different computers. It's charging but not visible as drive.

Did you find a solution?
