Watch screen frozen

After I was out running this morning with my Leikr watch it's been stuck on the same screen since. Nothing is updating, i.e. the battery indicator and time haven't moved, so it's still showing 12:48.

I've tried to put it in the cradle and push buttons to synchronize or turn it off, but nothing works.

Any suggestions?

Did you try pressing simultaneously the four buttons during at least 10 seconds or so? It worked for me.

Hello,

In the end the watch ran out of battery and when I turned it on again it seemed to work. I plan to use it again today or tomorrow and will post here if the freezing occurs again.
