Charging mamnagement

Battery life is still one the major improvement for the team.
I noticed that, when after fully charging from a network socket, I always have some "room" for extra charge from an external battery (The one used for smartphones).
Charging software could, perhaps being upgraded to take that "low voltage" final charge, but from the network.
